When you step into Coconuts, know that we live by these three rules:
No knock offs. Ever.We know quality is important. From Maui Jim to Costa Del Mar, and even brand name designers like Prada and Gucci--we’re selling the best of the best in sunglasses. Our selection is unparalleled. You won’t find a wider variety of brand name sunglasses on Cape Cod. (Except for at our sister stores, perhaps!) We’ve seen the imitation sunglasses on eBay, Amazon, and in other stores. They’re close, but they fall short. If you’re coming to see us, we want you to know that you can expect brand names and nothing less. We’re authorized distributors for every brand we sell. That means that the brands you trust, trust us. We know our styles, fits, and frames. We won’t let you leave our store looking like...well, you know. Our sales associates know what will work for your face shape and the look you’re after. We’ll never sell you anything that we wouldn’t wear ourselves.
If it breaks, we’ll fix it.We know what life is like. We’ve dropped our shades while weaving through the crazy foot traffic in P-Town, or even in the water down by the harbor, or out on the dunes. Stuff breaks, we get it. If you have kids, glasses are a favorite for little hands to grab. Accidents happen. We want to make sure that you know we stand behind our products. Since we sell name brand sunglasses, and not those cheap imitations--everything we sell is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If the manufacturer doesn’t take care of it, we will. Talk to our store managers, and they’ll make it right for you. It’s that easy.
We’ll make it affordable. We price match any competitor if we can verify the price and product they’re selling. We always have amazing sales running, and we’ll be sure to keep you posted on new ones. We’ll keep you posted on sales through e-mail and social media, so you can get the information on the go. Let us know what you can afford, and we’ll do our best to find you a pair of sunglasses that are within your budget. We want you to love your new shades, without breaking the bank. Having trouble finding something? Ask our managers or our associates. We’re always glad to help.
Here at Coconuts, we want to earn your business and keep you coming back to us for all your eyewear needs. Don’t forget that we also sell clip-on and fit-over sunglasses, opthalmics and soon, prescription lenses. We want everyone, regardless of your vision--to leave our store with a great new pair of sunglasses.
Come see us today, and learn what we can do for you!
